I wanted to give you my experience with this product. My 1996 Audi A4 was purchased second hand from the original owner with 36K. It is the 12V, FWD V6 model with automatic.  The lady that owned it previously took it down to the dealer for everything and they changed the oil every 7500 miles with 15-40 dino oil.  Seemed a little thick for Northern California weather so I have been using 5-30 dino oil every 4K since then.  The car was fine. But I did, over time, notice a decrease in gas mileage from an initial 23mpg to 20mpg average.  At 68K, I could just get 22 mpg on a long trip if I used cruise control at 60mph.  The car burns no oil.  I purchased Auto-Rx to just give it a shot and based on user testimonials.  I have had very good results.  My gas mileage has improved up to 25mpg on the highway and consistent 23 in the city.  I keep detailed records of fuel consumption and the car is more efficient than at any other time I’ve owned it.  I figure a 12-15% improvement overall and payback in just a few weeks.  I also noticed that my dipstick, which has a plastic tip, was cleaned significantly from the old brown color to the original bright orange color.  Clearly Auto-Rx has strong cleaning properties.
