D. Seal Leaks Application. First change your motor oil and filter. Add one full 12 oz bottle of Auto-Rx to your engine. Auto-Rx works best with conventional (non-synthetic) motor oil. If you feel you must use a synthetic motor oil we recommend using a Group III oil to avoid competing chemistries. Drive 2,500 miles, then change your oil and filter again, but do not add Auto-Rx or any other additive. It is important that you use non-synthetic oil during this phase. Drive an additional 3,000 miles, then change your oil and filter again. Vehicles with over 100,000 miles require a second application. Repeat the instructions outlined above. Leak should stop within the next 3,000 miles. Application is finished when leak stops. Returning to synthetic oil may cause the leak to return. We recommend that you follow up your treatment by going on the Auto-Rx Maintenance Plan. Do not begin a Auto-Rx Maintenance Plan until rotating seal leak has stopped. |

| Notes On Choosing An Engine Oil For Use With Auto-Rx®
Auto-Rx® works best with conventional engine oil, not Hydro Cracked Oil. This is especially true for vehicles with high mileage, sludge or rotating seal leak problems. Conventional motor oil is occasionally referred to as "Group III" or "mineral" motor oil, and is generally the least expensive motor oil available. Conventional engine oils include Valvoline Conventional, SuperTech (available at Wal-Mart), and Coastal (available at AutoZone). Semi-Hydro Cracked engine oil can be substituted for conventional oils due to their Group III Hydro Cracked Oil base stock content. |
|
| For vehicles under 100,000 miles and in good condition a Group III Hydro Cracked Oil is acceptable for use with Auto-Rx®. Group III Hydro Cracked Oil include Pennzoil Platinum, Castrol Syntec Blend Oil, and Valvoline Synpower. | |
| Use of high-mileage engine oils should be avoided during the Auto-Rx application. However, high-mileage engine oils can be used while following an Auto-Rx maintenance plan. | |
| If your engine has a supercharger, turbocharger or the manufacturer recommends Hydro Cracked Oil only, you will need to choose a Group III motor oil. | |
| Always choose the engine oil weight (viscosity) that your engine's manufacturer recommends. | |

| Notes on what to expect from Auto-Rx®
Each set of Auto-Rx® application instructions have been custom tailored to give you, the customer, the greatest chance for success. Each with it's own methodology the applications are based on years of extensive testing and development and fine tuned for the specific results desired. |
|
| It is important to note that Auto-Rx® contains chemistry uniquely formulated to provide results where other products may have failed. Currently, we are aware of no other product that can provide the results of Auto-Rx. | |
| Auto-Rx® is a proven metal cleaner. Auto-Rx® does not change your engine oil's chemistry or viscosity. It will not cause foaming, nor does it interfere with injectors or sensors. Auto-Rx® utilizes engine oil to move through and clean engine areas which are normally reached by lubrication. Auto-Rx® is safe to use and will not cause engine damage. Auto-Rx® dissolves carbon deposits and sludge so they can be removed by the oil filter or otherwise drained away with the next oil change. |
